Shipping and returns
Processing time for orders is generally 1 business day from the payment received. If the order is made before 2pm EST Monday-Friday it will be shipped out on the same day. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and all USA national holidays.
Shipping options:
Generally most orders are shipped via USPS. The delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed when Standard or Priority Mail option is selected. If the order must arrive on or before specific date please select FedEx option. We guaranteed on time delivery only via FedEx.
Please NOTE: Estimated delivery time does not include the processing time!
WE ARE GOING GREEN! And therefore normally we do not include paper invoices with packages. All invoices are sent via email when the checkout is complete. Please double check your email during the checkout to make sure it is correct.
IMPORTANT! If you need a paper invoice with the package please write us a note during the checkout so we can include it with your order.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs.
Return and Refund Policies:
Please contact us for the return to be authorized before sending the item/items back to us! In some cases we offer free returns if eligible. Free returns are determined in case by case bases.
General rules for returns:
* We offer a 100% Money Back or Replacement of the item Guaranteed for 30 days after receiving the item.
* The item must not be altered or damaged in any way shape or form.
* ALL PAPERWORK and gift box must be included and in new condition.
* Upon receiving these items we will credit your account
* Please allow up to 7 business days for all returns to receive credit.
* All custom orders are non-refundable.
