Return Policies:

* We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the purchase.
* All items must not be altered or damaged in any way shape or form.
* ALL PAPERWORK, original boxes, certificates, gift boxes must be included and in new condition.
* Upon receiving of the returned items, we carefully inspect them and will credit your account.  If any returned items are not in the same condition as they are originally sent, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% restocking fees from the total price. 
* Please allow up to 7 business days for all returns to receive a credit.
* All custom orders are non-refundable.
